Directions for Use: 1. Apply a small amount of Hartmann Dermaplast Active Warming Cream to the desired area. 2. Gently massage the cream into the skin using circular motions until fully absorbed. 3. Wash hands thoroughly after application. 4. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. 5. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.


Recommended Frequency: Apply as needed before physical activity or to relieve muscle tension and occasional pain. For best results, apply 15-30 minutes before exercise. Can be used several times a day as needed.
