Directions for Use:


1. Carefully remove one Fit Therapy Knee Patch from its protective backing sheet.
2. Ensure the skin on your knee is clean, dry, and free of hair.
3. Apply the patch directly to the area experiencing pain.
4. Gently press the patch onto your skin, ensuring full contact. 5. Wait approximately 2 minutes to allow the adhesive to bond securely.
6. Leave the patch in place for 5 days.
7. After 5 days, remove the patch.


Recommended Frequency:


Continue applying new patches as needed until symptoms improve. You can apply a new patch immediately after removing the previous one.


Additional Tips:


Only apply the patch to healthy, unbroken, and non-irritated skin.
