Directions for Use: 1. Remove the bracelet from its packaging. 2. Open the adjustable clasp. 3. Place the bracelet around your wrist or ankle. 4. Adjust the clasp for a comfortable, secure fit, ensuring it's not too tight. 5. For children, adult supervision is recommended.
