Directions for Use:


1. With clean hands, roll one earplug between your thumb and forefinger into a narrow cylinder.
2. Reach over your head with the opposite hand and pull your outer ear up and back.
3. Insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal.
4. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds while the foam expands to create a comfortable seal.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 for the other ear.
