Directions for Use:


1. With clean hands, roll the earplug between your thumb and forefinger to compress it into a narrow cylinder.
2. Reach over your head with the opposite hand and pull your ear upward and outward to straighten the ear canal.
3. Quickly insert the compressed earplug into your ear canal, holding it in place until it expands to fill the canal.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for the other ear.


Recommended Frequency:


Use as needed when exposed to loud noises or when seeking quiet for sleep, study, or relaxation.


Additional Tips:


For optimal noise reduction: Ensure the earplug fully seals the ear canal. If you can still hear excessive noise, try repositioning the earplug.
For comfort: If the earplug feels uncomfortable, remove it and try reinserting it. Do not force the earplug too deeply into the ear canal.
For hygiene: These earplugs are disposable. Discard after each use. Do not reuse.
