Directions for Use: 1. Remove existing insoles from your shoes. 2. Place the Scholl In-Balance Plantar Fasciitis Insoles inside your shoes, ensuring the heel cup sits correctly at the back of the shoe. 3. If necessary, trim the insoles along the pre-marked guidelines to ensure a perfect fit. Start with the largest size marking and trim gradually if needed. 4. Insert your foot into the shoe and check for comfort. The insoles should provide support without feeling too tight. 5. For best results, wear the insoles daily in flat footwear.


Recommended Frequency: Wear the insoles daily for all-day relief and support. You can gradually increase wear time as needed. If discomfort occurs, remove the insoles and consult a healthcare professional.
