Smooth the insoles down firmly to ensure they are securely adhered. 5. If necessary, trim the insoles with scissors to fit your shoes perfectly. Follow the cutting lines provided for guidance.


Recommended Frequency: These insoles can be worn daily for all-day comfort and support. Replace the insoles when they show signs of wear or lose their stickiness.


Additional Tips: For optimal performance, ensure the insoles are placed correctly within your shoes. These insoles are specifically designed for open shoes like high heels and sandals. Do not use these insoles in closed-toe shoes. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue use and consult a podiatrist.
