Directions for Use:


1. Ensure the affected heel area is clean and completely dry before applying the plaster.
2. Remove the plaster from its protective packaging, being careful not to touch the adhesive side. 3. Carefully position the plaster over the blister, ensuring the central pad directly covers the affected area. 4. Smooth the plaster down firmly, pressing around the edges to ensure a secure seal and prevent it from peeling. 5. Leave the plaster in place for up to 7 days or until it begins to detach naturally.


Recommended Frequency:


Apply a new plaster only when the previous one has detached or after a maximum of 7 days. Do not reuse plasters.


Additional Tips:


For optimal results and to prevent further blisters:
1. Avoid wearing shoes that rub against the affected area until the blister has completely healed. 2. Consider wearing protective socks or using blister cushions for added comfort and protection.
3. Do not puncture the blister yourself. If the blister bursts, gently clean the area with mild soap and water, pat dry, and then apply a fresh plaster. 4. If you experience excessive pain, redness, swelling, or any signs of infection, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional immediately. 5. Store unused plasters in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
