If necessary, trim the insole to fit your shoe perfectly, following the trim lines provided if available. 4. Insert your foot into the shoe to check for comfort and proper fit. Make adjustments as needed. 5. Wear your shoes with the insoles for short periods initially, gradually increasing wear time as you adjust to the added support.
