How to use: 1. Ensure your shoes are clean and dry. 2. Remove the insoles from the packaging. 3. If necessary, trim the insoles to fit your shoes precisely, following the cutting lines provided if any. 4. Place the Comforsil insoles inside your shoes, ensuring the silicone side is facing upwards. 5. Insert your feet into the shoes and ensure a comfortable fit. 6. If any discomfort occurs, remove the insoles and adjust their positioning or trimming.


Recommended frequency: Comforsil insoles can be worn daily. For optimal comfort and support, it's recommended to replace your insoles every 3-6 months, or sooner if signs of wear and tear appear.


Additional tips: 1. For best results, wear the insoles with well-fitting shoes that offer adequate support. 2. If you experience any discomfort or pain while wearing the insoles, discontinue use and consult a podiatrist or healthcare professional. 3.
