Gently wipe the affected area with the Urgo Discreet wipe, ensuring the antiseptic solution covers the entire wound. 4. Allow the area to air dry completely before applying a new Urgo Discreet dressing. 5. Apply the Urgo Discreet dressing, ensuring the non-adherent compress covers the wound directly. 6. Smooth down the edges of the dressing for secure adhesion.
