Protective strip consisting of a piece of non-woven gauze with an adaptable adhesive backing, indicated for the control of capillary bleeding in the treatment of minor injuries such as scratches, grazes and superficial cuts. The protective strip contains an active substance that accelerates blood clotting and reduces the risk of rebleeding. The compound is a natural, well-tolerated substance that breaks down into glucose and glucuronic acid, substances produced naturally by the body. The adaptable non-woven backing protects the wound from contamination and, thanks to its material properties and structure, allows the skin to breathe.

Directions for Use: 1. Clean the wound thoroughly with mild soap and water, ensuring all dirt and debris are removed. 2. Gently pat the area dry with a clean cloth or gauze. 3. Open the Nexcare Blood Stop sachet and remove the protective strip. 4. Apply the strip directly over the wound, ensuring the adhesive backing makes full contact with the surrounding skin. 5. Apply gentle pressure to the strip for a few minutes to aid adhesion and promote blood clotting. 6. Leave the strip in place until it naturally detaches. Do not forcibly remove the strip.


Recommended Frequency: Apply a new Nexcare Blood Stop strip as needed for active bleeding from minor cuts, scratches, and grazes. Typically, one application is sufficient. If bleeding persists, seek medical advice.


Additional Tips: For optimal results, ensure the wound area is clean and dry before application. Do not apply the strip to deep wounds, puncture wounds, animal bites, or burns. If the wound shows signs of infection (increased pain, swelling, redness, pus), consult a healthcare professional. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
