Remove the protective backing from the adhesive plaster. 4. Apply the plaster smoothly to the skin, avoiding wrinkles or creases. 5. Gently press the plaster onto the skin to ensure proper adhesion. 6. If necessary, overlap multiple pieces of plaster, ensuring a slight overlap to maintain a secure hold.
