DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Rub the stick gently over the affected area.
2. Reapply as often as necessary.
ARNICA
Arnica is a plant found in central and southern Europe. It has yellow flowers, which are what give the plant its important properties for the skin. Arnica smoothes, soothes and cools the skin. DEVIL’S CLAW
This plant is native to South Africa. It has opposing leaves and tubular flowers in bright red and purple, and its fruit is a woody capsule. The most important part of the plant is the root, which relieves pain and comforts. Arnidol® gel stick is ‘magic’ because it contains arnica and devil’s claw, two natural ingredients that soothe and smooth the skin and provide your child with a feeling of wellbeing.
For light knocks use Arnidol® gel stick on unbroken skin, gently rubbing in circles over the affected area. You can apply it as often as necessary, but do not use on broken skin, avoid contact with the eyes and don’t let children put it in their mouths.

Directions for Use: 1. Gently rub the Arnidol Gel Stick directly onto the affected area. 2. Apply using circular motions to ensure even coverage. 3. Do not apply pressure, a light touch is sufficient.


Recommended Frequency: Reapply as often as needed to soothe discomfort.


Additional Tips: For light knocks and bumps on unbroken skin only. Do not apply to open wounds, cuts, or scrapes. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not allow children to put the stick in their mouths. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Ingredients: Aqua, Arnica montana flower extract, Harpagophytum procumbens root extract, Calendula officinalis flower extract, Hypericum perforatum flower/leaf/stem extract, Menthol, Carbomer, Sodium hydroxide, Methyl salicylate, Helichrysum italicum flower oil, Rosmarinus officinalis leaf oil, Lavandula angustifolia oil, Limonene, Linalool. WARNINGS: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and open wounds. Do not apply to large areas of the body. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use on children under 3 years of age. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. This product may contain ingredients derived from natural sources, which can occasionally cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Perform a patch test on a small area of skin before applying to a larger area, especially if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergies. May cause increased sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun after application.
