1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Insert a Contour Next test strip into the Contour Next meter. The meter will automatically turn on.
3. Obtain a blood sample from your fingertip or alternate site as instructed by your healthcare professional. 4. Carefully apply the blood sample to the edge of the test strip. The meter will automatically begin the test. 5. Your blood glucose reading will appear on the meter display after a few seconds. 6. Dispose of the used test strip and lancet safely.

The frequency of testing depends on your individual needs and treatment plan. Consult your healthcare professional for personalized recommendations. Testing may be more frequent during times of illness, stress, or changes in medication or diet.
Additional Tips:
