Directions for Use:


1. Ensure your legs are clean and dry before application. 2. Turn the pantyhose inside out up to the heel. 3. Carefully gather the fabric from the toe to the heel. 4. Place your foot inside the pantyhose, ensuring the heel is positioned correctly. 5. Gently pull the pantyhose up over your foot and heel. 6. Gradually and evenly pull the pantyhose up your leg, smoothing out any wrinkles or creases. 7. Repeat the process for the other leg. 8. Adjust the pantyhose to ensure a comfortable and even fit, avoiding excessive pressure or tightness around the toes and groin area.

For optimal results, wear the JOBST 140 White T/3 compression pantyhose daily. Consult with your physician for personalized recommendations on duration of wear.


Additional Tips:


1. Apply the pantyhose in the morning before swelling occurs.
