DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Open the bag when you are ready to use the product.
Do not cut the pouch.
Gently tear along the pre-cut line to separate the side strips.
Place over the area of pain with the darker heat cells towards the skin and secure, making sure the circular opening is over the kneecap.
Adjust the tension of the individual strips so that each strip adheres to the corresponding pre-fixed area on the knee.

How to Use:


1. Open the pouch just before you are ready to use the Thermacare Knee Pain Therapy patch. 2. Do not cut the pouch. 3. Carefully tear along the pre-cut line to separate the side strips. 4. Position the patch over the painful area of your knee, ensuring the darker heat cells are against your skin. 5. Make sure the circular opening is positioned over your kneecap. 6. Adjust the tension of each individual strip so that it adheres securely to the corresponding pre-fixed area on your knee.


Recommended Frequency:


Use one Thermacare Knee Pain Therapy patch for up to 8 hours. You may use a new patch after 8 hours if needed. Do not use more than one patch at a time on the same knee.


Additional Tips:


For best results, apply the patch to clean, dry skin. Do not use with creams, lotions, or ointments. If the patch feels too hot, remove it immediately. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. If pain persists for more than 7 days, consult a doctor. Do not reuse the patch. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. If you are diabetic, consult your doctor before use. Do not use while sleeping. Do not tighten the straps too tightly, as this may restrict blood flow.
