Directions for Use: 1. Ensure your hands are clean and dry. 2. Remove the pad from its individual packaging. 3. Peel off the protective backing strip from the adhesive side of the pad. 4. Position the pad centrally within your underwear, ensuring the adhesive side is facing down. 5. Smooth the pad gently to ensure it adheres securely to your underwear. 6. Discard the used pad in a hygienic manner. Do not flush down the toilet.
