How to Use: 1. Wear the DIM Washable Menstrual Panty like regular underwear. 2. The panty provides up to 12 hours of protection, depending on your flow. 3. Change the panty when needed, or after 12 hours. 4. After use, rinse the panty with cold water until the water runs clear. 5. Machine wash cold (30°C/86°F) with similar colours. 6. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. 7. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not iron.


Recommended Frequency: Use as needed during your menstrual cycle for up to 12 hours at a time. Can be used alone or as a backup to other menstrual products.
