Directions for Use: 1. Ensure your hands are clean and dry. 2. Remove the individual liner from its packaging. 3. Peel off the backing strip from the liner. 4. Position the liner securely within your underwear, ensuring the adhesive side is facing the fabric. 5. Smooth the liner down to ensure proper adhesion and a comfortable fit. 6. Dispose of the used liner hygienically in a bin. Do not flush.


Recommended Frequency: Change the liner as needed, when it feels damp or uncomfortable. This will depend on your individual needs and flow. For optimal hygiene and comfort, regular changing is recommended.


Additional Tips: For best results, use TENA Silhouette White liners with snug-fitting underwear. Do not use with loose-fitting underwear or nightwear. These liners are designed for light bladder leaks and drips, not for heavier flow. If you experience heavier incontinence, consider using a TENA product with higher absorbency.
