Place the TENA Pants Maxi between your legs like regular underwear, making sure the back is higher than the front. 3. Pull the pants up, ensuring a comfortable and snug fit around your waist and legs. 4. Adjust the pants as needed for optimal comfort and security. 5. To remove, simply tear open the side seams.
