Peel off the protective backing strip from the adhesive side of the pad. 4. Position the pad centrally within your underwear, ensuring the adhesive side is facing the fabric. 5. Smooth the pad down to ensure it adheres securely and comfortably. 6. Dispose of the used wrapper hygienically.
