How to use: 1. Open the individual hygienic pack and remove one Suavinex Absorber Disc. 2. Peel off the protective strip from the adhesive side of the disc. 3. Position the disc inside your bra cup, ensuring the adhesive side sticks firmly to the bra fabric. 4. Smooth the disc to ensure complete contact and prevent creasing. 5. Change the disc as needed to maintain dryness and comfort.


Recommended frequency: Change the absorber discs as often as needed to maintain dryness and prevent leakage. This will vary depending on your individual flow. It is generally recommended to change them every few hours or when they feel saturated.
