Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the Nuk Protective Discs. 2. Remove a single disc from the packaging, ensuring it remains clean and dry. 3. Peel off the adhesive backing from the disc. 4. Center the disc over your nipple, ensuring the absorbent side is facing your skin. 5. Smooth the edges of the disc against your bra to secure it in place. 6. Repeat for the other breast.


Recommended Frequency: Change the Nuk Protective Discs regularly, especially when they become saturated with milk. This will help maintain hygiene and prevent skin irritation. Frequency will depend on your individual needs and milk flow, but changing them every few hours is generally recommended.


Additional Tips: 1. For optimal hygiene, avoid reusing the discs. 2. Discontinue use if you experience any skin irritation or discomfort. 3.
