How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Insert a new, clean disposable refill into the nasal aspirator. 3. Gently place the tip of the refill into your baby's nostril, ensuring a comfortable seal but not inserting it too deeply. 4. Place the mouthpiece of the aspirator in your mouth and gently suck to remove the mucus. 5. Repeat in the other nostril. 6. Discard the used refill after each use. 7. Clean the nasal aspirator with warm soapy water and allow to air dry completely before storing it in the provided case.


Recommended frequency: Use as needed to relieve nasal congestion, especially before feeding or sleeping. This could be several times a day, depending on your baby's needs.


Additional tips: 1. To loosen thick mucus, you may use saline nasal drops or spray prior to using the aspirator. 2.
