Directions for Use:


1. Ensure your hands are clean and dry before opening the individual wrapper. 2. Remove the TENA Lady Ultra Mini pad from its packaging. 3. Peel off the adhesive backing strip from the wings. 4. Position the pad lengthwise in the center of your underwear, ensuring the adhesive wings are folded downwards. 5. Press the wings firmly onto the outside of your underwear to secure the pad in place. 6. For optimal comfort and discretion, adjust the pad as needed to ensure a snug fit.


Recommended Frequency:


Change your TENA Lady Ultra Mini pad regularly, as needed, to maintain freshness and hygiene. This is typically every 3-4 hours or when the pad feels full. Frequency may vary based on individual needs and flow.
