Directions for Use:

1. Ensure you are using a cold-air diffuser. Using heat can alter the properties of the essential oils and reduce their effectiveness.
2. Add 3-5 drops of Pranarom Diffusion Strength and Vitality to the water reservoir of your diffuser.
3. Refer to your diffuser's instruction manual for specific filling and operation instructions.
4. Diffuse in a well-ventilated room of approximately 9-15 m² (100-160 sq ft). Adjust the number of drops based on room size and personal preference.

Recommended Frequency:

Diffuse for 15-30 minutes at a time. You can repeat this 2-3 times per day as needed to boost energy and vitality, especially during periods of fatigue or during the winter months. Avoid continuous diffusion.
