The constant search for qualitative raw materials is crucial for the achievement of a great result. The same formula performed with materials coming from different suppliers will sort out a different olfactory profile.
My perfumes are conceived in my laboratory in Amsterdam. When the formula is ready, I can finally order the raw materials in order to mix them.
The resulting concentrate is then sent out to an artisanal atelier in Italy which put it in alcohol, let it age, and then take care of packing it.
The creation of a perfume is a very long and complex process, and it takes me a hermit life to devise a formula which I then blend, holding my breath at every drop I add as in a sacred ritual.
At those ecstatic and silent moments, I feel like an alchemist which – through a transformation – gives birth to something new, which is not the simple addition of different materials.
After I graduated in History of Art in Florence, my passion for perfume making started, by a book on natural perfumery and a handful of essential oils. Since then, I’ve been studying and experimenting on my own. I have resided in many cities – Florence, Berlin, Luxembourg, Amsterdam – while working in art book publishing.
Once in Amsterdam – where I currently live – I decided to quit my previous job and launch my own line of perfumes.

FRANCESCA BIANCHI
Olfactory Notes
Ingredients
Mood: Elegant, Fresh, Vintage, Seducing, Sophisticated
This scent represents the abandonment of pleasures, or Luxury intended as enjoyment of life with a sense of freedom and relaxation.
The protagonists are Neroli, in its refined light-heartedness along with the sophisticated and seductive Leather.
A Chypré structure presents an animalic facet that makes this fragrance seductive and intense as well as sophisticated and somehow vintage.
The references that inspired this creation are the glorious places of Italian social life of the past years. The carefree atmosphere of the Roman Dolce Vita, the sense of freedom of Wyler’s Roman Holiday, or the refined-yet-casual vibe of Minghella’s The Talented Mr. Ripley.
This is the first fragrance devoted entirely to a specific ingredient.
This composition is conceived not as a simple rendition of a flower, it is a complex composition, only centered on the Neroli as major ingredients. Because of this, it has great longevity, body and structure.

Top Notes: Bright, sparkling Neroli takes center stage, offering a refreshing and slightly bitter citrus burst. Its delicate floral facets are enhanced by a subtle hint of green nuances, creating an immediate impression of elegance and lightness.
Heart Notes: The floral heart continues to bloom with the Neroli, now intertwined with a sophisticated leather accord. This unexpected pairing adds depth and a sensual touch, balancing the freshness with a captivating animalic undertone. Hints of chypre elements begin to emerge, adding a touch of classic elegance and complexity.
Base Notes: The chypre structure comes to full fruition, providing a warm and grounding base for the fragrance. The leather accord persists, deepening into a rich, velvety texture. A subtle animalic facet adds a seductive allure, while mossy notes and a touch of woody amber create a lingering sense of vintage sophistication and lasting warmth.
