It is advisable to apply 1 to 2 nebulisations a day, under the tongue. One nebulisation provides approx. 0.5 mg of melotonin. The sublingual spray formulation is practical, easy to dose and guarantees rapid assimilation. The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg to be taken shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel, and a few days after arrival at the destination.
