Directions for Use: 1. Place one tablet under your tongue. 2. Allow the tablet to melt completely. Do not chew or swallow the tablet whole. Do not drink water with the tablet.
Recommended Frequency:
For difficulty falling asleep: Take one tablet daily at bedtime.
For jet lag: Take one tablet daily at bedtime, starting on the first day of travel and continuing until the effects of jet lag subside.
Additional Tips:
For best results: Take the tablet shortly before going to bed. This product contains 1.9mg of melatonin, which contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep and alleviating the feeling of jet lag. This product does not cause addiction.
