Directions for Use:
1. Place one La Leonesa Chamomile filter in a cup.
2. Pour boiling water (approximately 8 oz/250 ml) over the filter.
3. Allow the tea to steep for 5-7 minutes, or until desired strength is reached.
4. Remove the filter and discard. 5. Drink the tea while it is still warm.
