Directions for Use: 1. Adults and children over 12 years old: Take 1-2 tablets as needed, up to 4 times a day. 2. Children 6 to 12 years old: Take 1 tablet as needed, up to 3 times a day. 3. Children 3 to 6 years old: Take 1 tablet as needed, up to 2 times a day. 4. Allow tablets to dissolve slowly in the mouth. Do not chew or swallow whole.

Additional Tips: 1. For travel sickness: Take 1-2 tablets 30 minutes before travelling and repeat every 4-6 hours as needed.
