Directions for Use: 1. Take one tablet daily. 2. Swallow the tablet whole with a large glass of water.
Recommended Frequency: Take one tablet daily for optimal results.
Additional Tips: 1. For best results, use Arkosol Intensive for at least two months.

3. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. 4. Keep out of reach of young children. 5. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 6. Consult your healthcare professional before using this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any underlying health conditions. 7. Arkosol Intensive contains carotenoids which may give a slight orange tint to the skin. This is normal and harmless and will disappear upon discontinuation of the product.
8. Combining Arkosol Intensive with a sun protection cream is recommended, especially during periods of intense sun exposure.
