Recommended Frequency: Apply every two hours, or more often if needed, especially after swimming or sweating. Reapplication is crucial for maintaining protection.

Additional Tips: 1. For optimal protection, use a generous amount of product. Don't skimp! 2. Pay special attention to sensitive areas like the face, ears, and neck. 3. Seek shade during peak sun hours (10am-4pm). 4. Wear protective clothing, including a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses, in addition to sunscreen. 5. Even on cloudy days, UV rays can still penetrate.
