Hold the bottle approximately 15 cm (6 inches) away from your skin and spray generously and evenly over all exposed areas. Don't spray directly into your face; instead, spray onto your hands and then apply to your face.
Ensure you apply the sunscreen at least 15-30 minutes before sun exposure to allow it to bind to the skin.
Rub the sunscreen into your skin thoroughly to ensure even coverage. Pay close attention to easily missed areas like the ears, back of the neck, and tops of your feet.
Reapply sunscreen every two hours, or immediately after swimming, sweating heavily, or towel drying. Even if the product claims to be water-resistant, reapplication is crucial for maintaining protection.
