Shake the spray well before each use. Apply generously and evenly to all exposed skin areas 15-30 minutes before sun exposure. Hold the spray nozzle close to the skin and spray liberally, ensuring complete coverage. Do not spray directly onto the face; instead, spray into your hands and then apply to the face, avoiding the eye area.
Pay special attention to frequently missed areas like the ears, back of the neck, and tops of the feet. Reapply every two hours, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. Even on cloudy days, sunscreen is essential. For infants under six months, consult with a pediatrician before use. Remember, no sunscreen provides 100% protection, so combine with other sun protection measures like wearing protective clothing and seeking shade.
