Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of PHB Time To Care So Balance Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Gently brush all tooth surfaces for at least two minutes, using circular motions.
3. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where plaque tends to accumulate. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with PHB Time To Care So Balance Toothpaste twice daily, ideally after breakfast and before bed, for optimal oral hygiene.
Additional Tips: For best results, use in conjunction with PHB dental floss. Consult your dentist for personalized advice on oral hygiene practices. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
