Gently brush all tooth surfaces for at least two minutes, reaching all areas of the mouth. 3. Pay special attention to the gum line. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with Boiron Homeodent Lemon Toothpaste at least twice a day, ideally after every meal, or as directed by your dental professional.
Additional Tips: For optimal oral hygiene, consider the following:
1. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if the bristles become frayed. 2. Floss daily to remove plaque and food particles from between teeth. 3. Visit your dentist regularly for checkups and professional cleanings. 4. For sensitive gums, use a soft-bristled toothbrush and gentle brushing techniques. 5.
