Gently brush in a circular motion, ensuring all tooth surfaces are cleaned. 4. Brush the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of each tooth. 5. Gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 7. Rinse the toothbrush and store it upright in a clean, dry place, preferably with its protective cap.
Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day (morning and night), or as recommended by your dentist or hygienist.
