How to use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the Lacer Technic Hard toothbrush head.
2. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line.
3. Gently brush each tooth in a circular motion, ensuring you reach all surfaces.
4. Brush the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of each tooth. 5. Pay special attention to the back molars and the gum line. 6. Brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 7. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 8. Clean the toothbrush and store it upright in a dry place. 9. Use the provided protective cap to maintain hygiene.
Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day, after breakfast and before going to bed.
Additional tips: 1. Do not apply excessive pressure while brushing, as this can damage your gums and enamel. 2. Replace your toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
