How to use: 1. Wet the brush head and apply a small amount of toothpaste. 2. Turn on your electric toothbrush. 3. Gently move the brush head across your teeth and gums in small circular motions, ensuring you reach all surfaces. 4. Do not apply excessive pressure. 5. Rinse your mouth and brush head thoroughly after use.
Recommended frequency: Use twice daily, morning and evening, for approximately two minutes each time.
