Slowly rotate your eye in all directions to ensure complete cleansing. 6. After approximately 30 seconds, remove the cup and discard the used solution. 7. Repeat the process for the other eye using fresh solution. 8. Rinse the eye bath cup thoroughly with clean water and allow it to air dry before storing.

Recommended Frequency: Use as needed to relieve eye irritation and dryness. For general eye hygiene, use 1-2 times daily. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.
