How to Use: 1. Wash and dry your nose thoroughly. Ensure your skin is free of makeup, lotions, or oils. 2. Remove the strip from the backing, being careful not to touch the adhesive. 3. Center the strip over the bridge of your nose, with the tabs positioned just above the flares of your nostrils. 4. Press down firmly on each end of the strip and rub gently to ensure good adhesion. 5. For best results, apply Breathe Right nasal strips right before bed.
Recommended Frequency: For optimal results, Breathe Right nasal strips can be used nightly. They are designed for single-use and should be removed in the morning.
