Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any existing mucus. 2. Tilt your head slightly forward. 3. Insert the nozzle of the Pharmexmer Hyper Aloe&Chamomile bottle into one nostril. 4. Press the bottle firmly and briefly to administer the solution into the nostril. 5. Breathe in gently through your nose while applying the solution. 6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the other nostril. 7. Allow the solution to drain for a few seconds, then gently blow your nose again if needed.
Recommended Frequency: Use 1-3 times per day in each nostril as needed to relieve nasal congestion and other symptoms. For children under 6 years old, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Additional Tips: For optimal hygiene, clean the nozzle after each use with warm water and dry thoroughly.
Do not share the bottle with others to prevent the spread of infection.
