Instructions for Use: 1. Position the brace so the kneecap opening is centered over your kneecap. 2. Slip your foot through the brace and pull it up over your knee. 3. Recommended Frequency: Wear the 3M Futuro Comfort Knee Brace Size M as needed during physical activities or to provide support for minor knee pain, sprains, and bruises. It can be worn daily, but listen to your body and remove it if you experience any discomfort. Do not wear while sleeping.
Additional Tips: 1. Consult a healthcare professional if you have any pre-existing knee conditions or if pain persists or worsens. 2. Ensure the brace is properly positioned for optimal support and comfort. 3. Avoid overtightening the brace, as this can restrict blood flow. 4.
