How to Use: 1. Position the pad over your elbow with the larger gel pad on the outside of your arm. 2. Secure the top strap above your elbow. 3. Wrap the lower strap around your forearm, below your elbow, and secure it. 4. Adjust both straps for a snug, yet comfortable fit. Do not overtighten. 5. Ensure the pad stays in place during activity, readjusting as needed.
Recommended Frequency: Wear the Futuro™ Comfort Lift Elbow Pad as needed throughout the day to manage discomfort. You can wear it during activities that aggravate your elbow, as well as during periods of rest. Remove the brace for at least 3-4 hours daily to allow your skin to breathe.
Additional Tips: 1. For best results, combine use with other recommended therapies such as rest, ice, and over-the-counter pain relievers. 2.
