Ingredients
This product is able to reduce bruising and inflammation.
It comes from the Arnica plant, or Mountain Tobacco, which has natural analgesic properties.

Directions for Use: 1. Apply a thin layer of Boiron Arnica Gel to the affected area. 2. Gently massage the gel into the skin until fully absorbed. 3. Wash hands thoroughly after application. 4. Do not apply to open wounds, mucous membranes, or near the eyes.
Recommended Frequency: Apply 2 to 3 times daily, or as needed, until symptoms subside.
Additional Tips: 1. For external use only. 2. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or persist for more than 7 days. 3. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. 4. Keep out of reach of children. 5. Do not use if you are allergic to Arnica or any of the ingredients. 6. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use. 7. For best results, apply the gel after a warm bath or shower, as this can help to open pores and improve absorption. 8.
