Directions for Use: 1. Remove the bracelet from its packaging. 2. Place the bracelet around your wrist or ankle. 3. Adjust the bracelet to a comfortable fit, ensuring it is not too tight. 4. The bracelet can be worn during daily activities, both indoors and outdoors, within European territory.
