Recommended Frequency: Use Optik Quies Mini Foam Earplugs whenever you need to reduce noise exposure, such as when swimming, sleeping, studying, or attending loud events. Replace the earplugs when they become dirty, damaged, or lose their elasticity. They are designed for single use.
