Instructions for Use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Remove one earplug from the box. 3. Roll the earplug between your clean fingers to compress and soften it. 4. With your opposite hand, gently pull your ear upward and outward to straighten the ear canal. 5. Carefully insert the compressed earplug into the ear canal opening. 6. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds while it expands to fit the shape of your ear canal. 7. Do not force the earplug deep into the ear canal. It should sit comfortably at the opening. 8. Repeat steps 2-7 for the other ear. 9. After removing the earplugs, gently tug on the outer edge to allow air to escape and prevent pressure buildup.

Recommended Frequency: Use as needed for noise reduction, water protection, or dust protection. These earplugs are reusable but should be replaced when they become dirty, lose their shape, or show signs of wear and tear.

Additional Tips: For Noise Reduction: Ensure a proper seal for optimal noise attenuation. If you hear excessive noise, readjust the earplugs.
